There has been a dispute at my work which has included the union and the employer and has gone through ACAS. They have given a settlement figure to me and others affected but the question is; once the COT3 agreement is signed, is there any other recourse open to the employer either prior to paying the money or after the money is paid?
Say for example, they made a mistake in the offer and it was in my favour can they later reduce the settlement after the COT3 is signed?
