'fell between the cracks'...I dont understand, is this a legitimate default i.e you didnt pay even though you knew about the debt or has this been added to your CR without your knowledge? I need more information to go on than you are giving me frisp.

        Thanks

ok, have you spoken to British Gas? How do they have your current address but you didnt know about the debt, didnt they send letters and bills etc? they should have also served you with a default notice, didnt you receive that? I really need to know the full story before i can properly help you am afraid, otherwise i am just guessing.

              Hi

I've got similar problem with defaulted accounts.

I've realized about them when I was checking my credit file. I have never had an account with british gas and I've never received any letters nor bills from them. I contacted Robinsons Way asking to explain the case for me. I've received letters saying that thay haven't received responce from the original seller and they continue to seek an update and my account remains on temporary delay. I've received those letter 3 times now.

Can I request them to remove defaulted account from my credit file?

              Thanks for help.
