    Can anyone answer within 30 minutes please?

    Straight to the point.

    If a repayment was made to DWP of £58.80 on October 20th 2004, how much should they repay now if they have to refund it? A figure needed not an interest rate please.

        Ask for what you believe is reasonable, ie the money back plus interest plus any costs associated with getting back, ie letters, phone calls and round it up

          £58.80 + 8% PA = approx £74 (oct 04 - dec 10)
