  • Help with Credit Agreements!

    Hi all

I hope I'm posting this in the right place, I am trying to get charges back from Next & Simply Be, I sent my cheque and request for a copy of the credit agreement from when I opened the accounts, alongwith a request to change my name as I have got married. I have received copies of the credit agreements but the one from Simply Be has been filled in by someone else in my married name (I used my maiden name when I took out the account with them 3 years ago!) and someone else has signed it, what can I do in this situation?

    Hope you can help!

    Thanks

    Katy

I'd be incliined to write back to them thanking them for the agreement they have sent, but respectfully requesting what you actually asked for -ie- a copy of the original agreement.

It may be significant that they haven't sent this as they may not have it!
