          Hi,
Me again, the whole thing is getting very complicated! The other administrator is causing all sorts of problems and turns out to be an ex heroin addict with alot of problems and the solicitor is having trouble dealing with them.
Does nybody know what the procedure is for removing an administrator and is it complicated?

I presume then that you have a 'Letter of Administration' naming your wife and this other person as Administrators of the will?
The procedure to remove an administrator is not easy and I would think your solicitor should know how to go about it.
