Virgin cable telephone (good)

Having never had any problems with Virgin (tv, broadband & phone £20 month package cable since Jan 2008) my phone recently went a bit weird on incoming calls (the phone would ring once then stop) So Sunday Tools called Virgin, and this morning 9.30am a nice Virgin man came round, sussed out the problem (damp wall, shorting out circuit) and fixed it. Took 5 mins. No hassle, no fee. Sorted.

Normally they are pretty useless to begin with but once you are sorted they sometimes are very very good......been a happy VM subscriber for that last couple of years....

Im with Virgin too and found them the best so far, having tried lots of others, and the technical support side is very good.

I was with NTL before moving over to Sky because NTL support was C***. I have heard good reports about Virgin though so maybe they turned it around.

I have been thinking of going over to Virgin as Sky is getting expensive so ill have to do a comparison to see.
