  • JBW and Philips bailiff makes an FOI request to Westminster about bailiff fees and AN

This could be embarrassing for Westminster !!

Jason Hillier was the JBW BAILIFF who used to be on TV with Mr Waller in the TV series called "Beat the Bailiff".

When Waller lost the Westminster contract to Philips, Jason Hillier left the company to work with Philips as their Bailiff Manager. Looks like he has left Philips and has concerns about the fees that Westminster were allowing Philips bailiffs to charge.

Looks like he is also asking questions about ANPR operations and the way in which Philips work with the police to stop vehicles for unpaid parking tickets.
May be he has some trade secrets neither Mr Waller nor Philips want to get out ?

Without previously having gained entry they CANNOT force entry to your property, this is just a scare tactic. The only exception to this is Inland Revenue (HMC&E) bailiffs...they can break in and crush your daisies in the process!! lol

From WWC's response it does appear that Phillips & the Met Police may be acting in tandem without WCC's knowledge

It was certainly the case in Manchester when after finding out about the practice the council warned their bailiffs that they could be breaching the DPA by sharing such info with the GMP & to stop

Hi I have already asked this on another thread, but I think it was a wrong thread, so perhaps you could help me. [FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']Hi I am not sure if I am in the correct thread, and if I am I apologize, but I have been receiving letters from Phillips Co saying I owe them hundreds due to a train fine back in 2009. I have constantly asked them for the proof of this (as I have no knowledge of a fine) but they just keep writing and saying the same 'train fine' with no dates or anything. I am really struggling as to what to do as now they are threatening court action. I had a bailiff come to my parents home but he couldn't tell me any details, just constantly said ring the number, which by the way I could not ever get an answer from. Please someone help me!
