  • capricorn v LTSB

I have been chasing LTSB since last summer. Firstly for my CCA. Took them ages to reply and when they did all I received was their usual drivel of a blank unsigned agreement they tried to convince me was equal to the one I agreed to. After a long lengthy battle trying to get them to adhere to a SAR, and the ICO getting involved I have at last got sight of what they say is my CCA. Could anyone give me their opinions as to whether this is actually an application form and if CCA enforceable or not.

It is quite clearly an application form. It doesn't appear to have any terms and conditions contained within the signed document, not that I can read anyway.

Is it this really such a poor copy or did it scan badly?
