  • Natwest Terms and Conditions 2001 and 2008

I am interested in finding the relevant T&C's for Natwest Current Accounts both applicable for the year 2001 and the ones applicable in March 2008.

Does anyone have any copies of them scanned or otherwise in a format they can post up here?

    Regards, Wattsie

Have found the Natwest Bank 2008 Terms and Conditions should anyone else require them. Still would like to see 2001 T&C though.

If you look on the test case documents page on the OFT site there are two excel files. One of those is historical RELEVANT TERMS which has the ones the high court judgment was based on.
