  • TC & Charges for Halifax for 2003 needed

Hi can anyone help me with Terms/conditions/and charges for Halifax for year 2003.

Also can anyone tell me if copies of 'charges notified' should have been included in documents when requesting SAR?

If I request for these notifications, would I be liable to pay a further 10 pound?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Also, can anyone answer my question re Charge Notification letters, and whether, if we can apply for them (as they were not included within the SAR) would we have to pay another 10 pound?

Halifax took charges of 28 pound plus .80p interest from the account when the balance was only 26 pound. Which particular paragraph would I quote this as
        Transactions which evidence this?

        They also paid DD's, they didn't recall them, just paid them and put the account further into debit and then obiously charged the account sums of 28 gbp in 2003, 30, 35 gbp in 2004, 30, 28 & 35 gbp in 2005, 30, 58 & 60 gbp in 2006, 28, 35 & 39 gbp in 2007 and 70, 30, 35 & 28 gbp in 2008 as Charges.

The front page of the statement pack states:

        Amount of interest credited 9.62
        Amount of interest debited 80.91
        Amount of fees paid 1,316.00

Underneath it explains 'Your Interest Rates'
However it has 0.00% in all the boxes. Is this normal.

I hope you will be able to guide me Amethyst, or anyone else who has ideas, i would be so grateful. I am on a tight schedule with this and have to prepare and post this letter before this weekend.
