  • ~~ Please Do Not Use Anything From In This Forum Without Checking it applies to YOU !

    These are individual threads and cases on individuals circumstances. The information in here should help you with your claim but you should not take anything from here as a template.

    If you are looking for how to respond to any documents from court or the banks please start a new thread giving AS MUCH information as possible and we will try and help you.

    We need to know;

    1: What document you have had from the court - type it out in full if you can.

    2: The background to your claim - how much it is, which bank, when it was entered, and either paste or link to the template you used for your original Particulars of Claim.

    3: An outline of your specific circumstances (unemployment etc) and any instances in your banking history with the bank you feel you have been treated unfairly. (eg Hardship/refusal to refund charges after the banks mistake etc etc)

    THANKS. We WANT to be able to help you, but this is not a quick fix print and send situation, at least for the time being whilst new arguments are tested and refined and the banks reactions guaged and there, as always, are RISKS involved in continuing COURT action. We need your input and involvement as the arguments are based heavily on your individual case.

    I hope everyone reads this post and does not attempt to templatify things until such time as there is a template approach which may not ever happen. Worth a post and a bump for others to take note if they are considering the template approach DON'T DO IT.

      Templatify???? Well done Nats on the invented word of the week lol. But we know what you mean. I am only jealous cos that's the sort of word I usually invent.......

      Seriously though, I completely agree with above posts, this is no longer a "one size fits all" approach and people should not treat it as one. There is no quick fix and claimants should be prepared to put the time and effort in, individually, to get it right according to their circumstances, not eberyone else's. IMO.
