IF it happens I'll assist you, but I doubt it will, especially given the age of this alleged account.

I suppose they are trying to make a living.

I watched a very good programme recently called "Bounty Hunters".

They probably think that they are the UK equivalent.

It states that they have been in contact with BSkyB. The account relates to a property that I left 5 yrs. 11 months. ago (my ex wife took over the house).

Did your ex-wife also take over the Sky account too? If so, they are pursuing the wrong person. And in any case, it's almost statute barred anyway....

Im not sure, but I do know from the children that they did continue to watch Sky TV (it was installed yrs before due to bad terrestrial reception) up to the point when the house was sold.

I also know that when they moved up to Cheltenham they also took and installed Sky up their.

It seems that this Company now wants to hide behind the Data Protection act to ignore my requests.

Is it possible to send DCA a bill for all the time and inconvenience they have caused.

                  Its gone very quite.
Nothing heard from PDCS for several months now
My last letter to them stated that they had to prove the debt and my liability.
                  Nothing since then

Very interesting, they are such chancers; at least you cost them some postage.
