    Hi All

I was recommended by Tools to visit the site and start my claim against Citicard - I received this credit card approx 3 years ago..... funny story actually as I was filling up my car in a shell petrol station and was accosted by a lady asking me to complete a form for a shell citi "pointscard" next thing I know a credit card arrived with a £4000 limit, I started out with good intentions and kept it "for emegency purposes" but then the next thing you know I'm up to my limit paying aroung £90 per month in interest, over limit fees due to citi card not willing to change my payment date (i'm paid 3 days after due date required) vicious circle really..... anyhoo I've completed SAR letter and will post tomorrow and see how it goes??

A warm welcome to the site and have you already got your statements to hand? Or do you need to request them to work out the charges?
