  • Claire H v YB - discontinued (permission to submit new POC stage)

For info, there is a new thread at PC where someone has just received a court order for a strikeout hearing on 26 Jan after YB applied to the court. The application was by Kirstie Ross, who has already submitted false evidence that the charges were genuine costs.

    Re: Claire H v YB

This is just an update that this hearing takes place tomorrow afternoon at 2:00

Unfortunately there is noone who can attend with her but she is well prepared and has had a lot of help to get the details together. Lets just hope that she gets a reasonable judge that will not be fooled by a flash barrister's false claims. She will be updating the thread (linked above) as soon as she is able to.
