    Hiya am new to forum and site but am another victim of swift advance lunatic charges so am about to start the long no doubt fight against them so can anyone send me a template for first letter of complaint to them ?re amount of charges etc spoke to them today where they informed me though I have made regular payments on the 28th of each month they expect the payment on the 19th so am charged a penalty fee each month for a late payment !!!! this is 7 years into the agreement .

    I have asked them to send me full statement of my account payments interest charged penalties charged etc -----------but from what I have read today am not holding my breath .

    Any support advice gladly accepted -------------help !!!!!

    Hello and welcome to the forum.

    Have you actually sent them an official SAR letter requesting all the specific information you require?

    At least they will have to adhere to a timetable then.
