  • Employer Will Not Pay Me!!

    Hi all,

This is my first time here so please bare with me!!
I am looking for some advice regarding my partners work.
He started there 3 months ago and each time it has come to pay day it has been late but only by a couple of days.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are a brand new company and we though it was just teething problems.
Its now month 3 and he still hasnt been paid and it is a week and a half late and when he has challenged them they cannot tell him when or if he will get paid but wont tell him what the problem is.
They havent said anything about being in trouble or that there are major problems although there are alot of rumours that they are.
I just wanted to know really what his options are, can he walk out and still fight for the money or his he better off sticking it out and seeing what happens???

    HELP!!!!!

    Thank you
