  • RBS PPI

Started a claim for PPI on a loan that was paid up in 2002. I am waiting for a CCA on a credit card agrement with RBS so when the offer arrived I printed my name so they could not use my signature on a re vamped CCA.
I yesterday recieved a letter stating that the signature on the refund acceptance letter did not correspond with the signature they had on file. Therfore, could I contact any branch of RBS or Nat West to have my signature verified and updated?
As I say this loan was paid in full in 2002!

Is it safe to re-do my signature?

    Re: RBS PPI

Well I would suggest using an anti-tamper proof signature box if you are worried.

Just paste that to the end of your letter and sign in the box , that should ease your worries of them cut and pasting onto any document they seem fit.

I have googled the anti tamper signature box but cannot find a supplier.
        Any ideas?
