Tallboy vs HSBC Loan

Defaulted on my loan in 2006 due to my business failing.

I CCA'd Cabot on June 30th and they couldn't get a CCA and its now been returned to HSBC who have gone very quite.

Will wait this one out and see what they do next.

Not currently making any payments put plan to start up with CCCS next month when I get my first pay packet.
