Re: Help!! How do i recover this debt?

      Latest development

      Still total denial of liability

A number of other issues / options have come to light

The following are all "illegal" actions carried out by the couple during my employment/tenancy with them

To clarify I sub contracted into them for 3.5yrs then worked as a PAYE for them for 8weeks before i quit. I also rented their house for 15months during my time with them (left in october)

1 - No pay slips were issued during my 8 weeks of PAYE employment
2 - No contract was issued (ACAS state must be issued before 8weeks)
3 - They constantly break GB driver regulations with their drivers (11hrs duty time in 24hrs) some drivers are "at" work for 14-15hrs / day
4 - No gas safety certificates were issued during my tenancy (legal reuirement)
5 - My post has been opened since i left house (admitted to in email) again illegal

My question is can i use all of the above, by means of threatening to advise relevant bodies, as leverage to try to "force" them to rethink and tell truth and pay me o/s monies or would this be construed as blackmail

      regards
