    Have sent in all I & E bank statements etc they now say I have to apply for an order but does not state what for,any ideas??

      It will be an N244 to redetermine the judgment, to enable you to pay monthly as opposed to forthwith.

          Hi Ame have not updated this one because i have heard absolutely nothing from the court or creditor until i recently phoned the court who said they were waiting for the creditor to instruct them what are they doing waiting this long after i have agreed and accepted the debt?????
