Can i just point out, you do not need an english address, or have to 'borrow' a mailing address to claim from Scotland using the english system.

You simply fill out the N1 claim form online, print it off and post it to the court local to the defendant (e.g if you are claiming against HBOS you simply use the halifax address instead of the edinburgh address)

i speak from succesful experience :slayer:

    Hi,

Can you correct any of the following. I live in Scotland (only just) so I would have to use Scottish court for my accounts based in Scotland, & I could use the English court for accounts based in England.

    Am I correct on this.

    Thank you in anticipation

    Cheers
