  • No signed Credit Agreement

Hi, Iam new to this and am looking for some advice. I have sent two recorded delivery requests for a copy of my signed Consumer Credit Agreement including a cheque for £10 to two of my Credit card companys (Capital One and Virgin MBNA). My cheques have been cashed and the letters have been signed for so I know there is no doubt that they have received them, however I have had no reply at all from Virgin MBNA and it is now past the 40 day deadline I gave them, I have had a response from Capital One who sent me a Credit Agreement but it was not signed! Can you please advise me on what would be my best course of action at this point. During this period although I clearly stated that the account was in dispute they have both continued to demand payments and have now said that the account is in default! Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank You.

    Re: No signed Credit Agreement

Can you post up the letter you sent, as it appears you have your CCA mixed up with a SAR.

    Basically
A CCA request is £1 for a copy of an agreement with 12 working day initial limit
    See Here
A SAR is £10 for ALL information that they hold about you with 40 day limit
