Someone else has control of user control panel, how can I get rid of em

I am on a computer which has the user access as just Standard User. The other person needs to be got rid of off the computer(too long a story).
Windows XP machine. How do I overpower userp have a boardroom takeover to this machine? It appears to be blocking MSN and I cannot unblock it

hi

easiest way obvioulsy is to get the admininistrator password login as that and change your user to an administrator. depending who set it up it could be "administrator" as the password. i assume the other user wont give you this info?

theres software that claims to be able to find and change the administrator password but ive never had to use it so cant say if its for real or not.

i have some utilitlies here ill have a look t see if thats on the cd and get back to you.
