or and more likely to be this one.

      One Churchill Place
      London
      E14 5HP

      Fax: 01452 638359
      email: Krysta.campbell@barclays. com

I looked on other Hardship/Barclays and did not find any other address.

See what others think when they come on line.

Also, letter must have your claim ref and account numbers.

I think this address is the one! Perhaps phone the number 020 7116 4523 and check if this is the correct department to send it.

              Millie,

When we all started claiming our Bank and Credit card charges - none of us knew where to start. We have learned from others and our own experiences and want to help others like yourself who would not know where to start. I was helped ginormously with my own claims and recently with my hardship claim against Abbey, where with the help of this site I was sucessfull along with others in obtaining a partial refund.

This is one of the best caring and friendliest sites that I know and I am registered to a few.

I am proud to be a member of Legal Beagles and I am sure your confidence will grow and grow.

I did not have any Barclay Bank accounts so I am not sure what their stance will be, but what I do know is if you do not try you will not know and as much evidences you supply the better that proves your hardship situation.

              Keep as all informed....

              all the best

              xxxx

OMG I can't believe it just had a call from Ian at Barclays £8200.87 will be paid into my account within 7 days as gesture of goodwill because of my Financial Hardship. Perseverance does work. I can sleep tonight.
