  • bailiff gone bankrupt!!!

Right, just a snippet of info, don't know the relevance of this, but thought it might be of interest! the bailiffs, Rosan Heims, have gone into liquidation! tried to make a council tax payment to them on friday, to be told, that they no longer exsisted!!! it was good news to me, but might not be to others! anyone dealing with this company, should find out asap! mia xx

Absolutly.... it will take a while but you can count on the fact that another debt agency will buy the debts. the liquidators will try to sell off everything they can.... the debts are big buissnes.

I would strongly reccomend you continue to set aside the payments for this....as they will expect you to pay up to date immeadiatly.....please don't get caught out by this hun, The same thing happened to my brother a few years back.......... it very nearly caused him to go bankrupt!!

Knowing how these people operate they have probably gone into liquidation to avoid paying their creditors:devil: & within days, having bought what's left from the friendly liquidator(for peanuts) they'll be back with the same methods & even same faces extorting money from the disadvantaged

            friendly bailiff!!!!

when I spoke to the lovely bailiff I was dealing with on friday, he told me that he was told about the company going under, on the way to work!!!! The workforce were given no indication at all, of there being a problem! he then told me to get back in touch with the council, asap, and offer to pay them! which is what I will be doing today! this suits me better! I can pay, the amount that suits me, on a timescale that suits too......well, thats the plan! will let you know how this goes! thanks for the advise though! won't party too hard with the money then!!!! mia xx

He was lucky he got told before he got into work at all!
I used to work for Tiny computers. I remember the day that went Bankrupt as if it were yesterday!. it went into liquidation at 6am! nobody knew anything..... we opened the store... had been trading for 3 hours before an urgent e-mail came through on the system! all the mail said was, company has closed buisness... please close the store and await contact via telephone.

I had personally sold 2 compleate computer systems in the time that we had been trading!!
was not a fun time indeed... It's the workers I allways feel sorry for in these situations. I did chase down my customers that day btw...... managed to cancel their credit agreements. others were not so lucky

May be now they will all have consideration for the fact that , life can turn on its axis within a minutes notice and we are not all in debit for the fun of it.

I hope he has some debit, not a lot but just enough to make him sleepless a few nights.

                      Re: bailiff gone bankrupt!!!

If you have paid them anything keep a hold of your reciepts and send a copy to the council.
If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october. If you think my posts are helpful or are guiding you in the right direction do show your appreciation by giving me a green blob.
