  • Lost Ccj Papers From 2000

I Hope That You Can Help Me In July 2000 We Had A Ccj Taken Out Against My Husband And Myself,we Filled In The Papers We Had Too And Sent It Back To Uxbridge Crown Court . And Has Up Too The 5th Of November We Have Had No Reply From The Court Or Our Crediter If The Amount We Were Could Afford Too Pay Them Back Each Month Was Acceptable,so It Came As A Shock That Ge Money Was Now Asking For Payment Of This Debt And The Last Letter We Got For This Debt Was 24/07/2000. Please Can Someone Advise Me On What Too Do I Am At My Whits End As They Are Now Asking Over £5,000 And We Do Not Have That Kind Of Money,we Had Too Sell Our Home Too Pay Off All Our Debts So I Thought.

You got a CCJ in July 2000, but didn't pay anything in the interim and now they are writing to you demanding payment? Is that right?

Is this your only debt now? Was it a credit card with GE Money? What does the letter say that they have sent you?
