    Re: July 7 Transcripts

You promised me you'd never tell lol

Then again, with some of the comments Smith was making it was hard not to turn into a giggling schoolgirl. PMSL

        Re: July 7 Transcripts

The OFT will be having ongoing discussions with the banks now since they wrote to all the test case banks on 8 July.

The OFT are hosting a roundtable meeting between the banks and 'designated' consumer groups (those which have the power to make a 'super complaint') on 18 September. The groups that have been invited to attend are:

        Citizens Advice Bureau
        Citizens Advice Scotland
        Consumer Council Northern Ireland
        Money Advice Scotland
        National Consumer Council
        Welsh Consumer Council
        Which?

Legal Beagles are participating in the OFT's consultation excercise on the PCA investigation findings as a 'stakeholder'.

            Here we Go !!

            COURT 73
            Before MR JUSTICE ANDREW SMITH
            Not before 16:30
            For Judgment
2007-1186 Office of Fair Trading v Abbey National PLC
The charges coming in to the banking industry every day will more than pay the banks total legal bill for the whole test case so why wouldn’t the Banks want to "ensure Justice at the highest level"
