    The Particulars

The defendant failed to maintain contractual payments required under the terms of the account agreement

The debt was legally assigned to the claimant on the 22 lul 2015, notice of which has been given to the defendant.

The claim includes Statutory interest under the s.69 of the county courts act 1984 .

i have read many posts but could do with some step by step instructions.

    Good morning,

Have a read of " First Steps" in the green box at the top of the page.

When was this telecoms contract defaulted?
Were you aware of the debt, has Lowell written to you previously?
Is Lowell Solicitors dealing with this?

First step is to acknowledge the claim using the instructions and information on the form. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE DEFENCE. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to provide a defence
