  • Help with PCN from Parking Eye please

    Hi,
I am wondering if I could please have some advice on how to deal with a PCN from Parking Eye. We received this for parking in a doctor's surgery car park but did have an appointment on the day so did not breach the terms. I have written back to them saying we were there for an appointment and to cancel the ticket. I also enclosed an appointment card to show the time of the appointment. They have written back not cancelling the ticket and basically asking for the drivers details.

Could someone please help with maybe wording of second letter to try and get this cancelled please.

will be very grateful for any advice received. Thanks

Do not give them the drivers details. And all your communication with them will be as the keeper.

Can you get the doctors surgery to tell PE to cancel the ticket? If they will get a copy of the email in confirmation.

A copy of the suitable redacted Notice to Keeper and copies of the signs would be helpful.

What what is the alleged breach of terms that PE are claiming.

Thanks Ostell. Ok I won't tell them who the driver is. I will communicate as the keeper. Unfortunately the doctors said they don't intervene but have told me that Parking Eye are not keeping to the agreement they had with them.

I don't have copies of signs and how do I do the copy of notice to keeper as I don't have a clue.

        Thanks.

So what have PE failed to do? Who said they won't intervene? The front desk?

Post things on here by scanning or photographing and then post on a photo hosting site and then link that sight to here.

              Hi,

Yes I live in England. I spoke to the practice manager but she says she won't intervene. She says they have an agreement with Parking Eye that if a patient sends them a copy of the appointment card for the day and time that they will cancel the ticket.

I just want to know how I can do a strongly worded letter that might result in them cancelling this ticket please. I have sent Kati a copy of the PCN so hopefully that will be posted on the thread soon.

              Thanks
