I failed my driving test yesterday and accidentally booked my next one through [bookyourdrivingtests](bookyourdrivingtests.co.uk) , annoyingly they added on a £25 fee as well. I waited about 12 hours and got no confirmation of a test booking.
I then realized my mistake and booked my test myself on the government site.
Today the third party site sent me a confirmation of my test, but it is at the same time/location and has the same booking number so they have basically just taking an admin fee(£25) a booking fee(£62) and run, despite me actually paying and booking the test myself.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
