I am both a business owner and a Business Rates Agent (I know - not to be trusted!!). However, I think that if I can help people with a Business Rates problems (including Rates Debt and Court issues) free and anonymously on here, then I also get to see the real problems businesses are facing with the Rates system and can adapt my business towards helping my own clients. A win win!
I also invest in and fix distressed business and have done for many years, so happy to chime in with advice if and when things get bad with some "real world" solutions - but as always not to be acted upon without your own professional legal advice for your specific situation! Always looking for new opportuinities in this regard (unless this last declaration this goes against the rules of these Forums...).

Business Rates isn't an area I personally know very much about at all so your input and experience in that area is appreciated.
