Default Help please 1st Credit and legal threat

I started a post about this account and a personal reserve account on 11/11/17 I thought for easy I would separate them (they have failed to reply about the personal reserve ) I hope I have done this right
Today 6/12 17 I had in the post this letter off first Credit Do I treat it as a letter before claim
I did a CCA to first Credit they sent one back to me (will re post here ) I don't think it is correct
I did a SAR to [email protected] the original Creditor and will post what they sent here ( THe SAR from [email protected] I don't now if it is correct as the letters contain no dates etc on the paperwork) Pics as follows

    1. letter today off 1st credit
