TFL video evidence
Hello! Just joined. Would like advice on TFL video evidence, please. I read somewhere that, in order to be accepted as evidence of contravention, the video must show your vehicle AND the sign together. Is this correct? I've been sent pcn for "performing a prohibited turn (no left turn)". I have received all the evidence (TRO, photos & video). Video is taken from the other side of the junction, so, in effect, from the back of any signs. There are photos of the no left turn signs, but none with my car in same picture. Thanks.
