That's why the copy judgment came from Walsall - as the case was sent there for enforcement. That letter is really just confirming that happened.

If you do decide to make an application to suspend the warrant / vary the order / set-aside the judgment the application would be made to Walsall.

            Ok thank you.
I've been on the phone chasing paper work still no time indication. Arrow are refusing any dealing or paperwork to me saying I must go through Drydens. I need to get something rolling before it's too late. Court proceedings still going ahead dispite what Dryden said on the phone.

Has anything else happened since they agreed to put things on hold while they sent you paperwork ? ( other than receiving the formal notice of transfer from the court )

You need to decide if you want to apply to set aside the judgment or apply to vary the judgment order.

Did you look into whether you'd be eligible for fee remission ? You really don't need to wait for documents to make the application to set aside the judgment or to vary the forthwith order to an installment order.

Thanks for reply. I'm looking into it today I really don't want bailiffs at my door and this is really driving me down now.

The application will suspend enforcement action.
