Hi last week at 3rd hearing at tribunal i found out that the company had changed providor on 3/2/2017 and oat hearing in may had us change name i put on et1 so we did when i told judge about change and name id put on et1 was the new name They said they intended mentioning this at they end i dought they would if i haddent checked cqc report and seen they changed during acas and appeal process but for 8 mnth tried all sorts strike me out . Can they do this my claim is s15 and s20 21 eqa2010 and liability for injury to health thankyou .
