    I'm confused..

I asked husband to leave 6 weeks or so . We have spoke about grounds for divorce and he originally said he would agree and sign on unreasonable behaviour.
I was going to put papers in today but he text me other day to say he will not accept this and wants 2 year separation.. ?
Is it possible to still go ahead with unreasonable behaviour or am i wasting my time/.. I am worried about my security and want to put house in my name.. He agreed for my dad to give him £10000 equity share when we last spoke
    Thanks
    karen
