Would first of all like to say hello to everyone and thank you for letting me join and I look forward to hearing your knowledgeable insights.
We are have recently sold our property and everything was going really well until we received the land registry documents and found out there is a charging order on the property that we were not aware, now recently in coincidence we received a letter from Arrow Finance for an amount of £27000 obviously again we are oblivious to where this has come from , and no one seems to be able to tell us any information.
Now I don't want play the whole woe is me card, but we have had nothing but bad luck over the past 14 years and finally we have made the decision after many years of fighting for it to sell the property which we have done and are waiting to release our equity in the property which will allow us to live a life hopefully without debtors. Then to our surprise we have a large charging order on the property which we were not aware off.
