    Re: Nepotism and job interviews

I have been looking into rules and regs around public/private spin offs and for years, mostly around the types of organisations that i mentioned.

NATS i suspect will be like most, there will be rules governing employment and advertising jobs, usualy around the legal admin side of the organisation. HR will also have a code of ethics that usualy contains caveates about jobs/employment.

Somewere in there wil be guides on employment, just takes some digging. If you havent found anything by the weekend, i will have a dig around for you then.
crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even

NATS are members of CIPD, who advise on job selection, interview etc matters. Although the questions can be seen on their website, the answers are not viewable by anyone who registers as a quest member. So I'm none the wiser.
