(sorry for my grammatic, english isnt my native language)
i need advice, i worked in small company over year and half like a courier. I been in the time blackmailed, badly underpaid on regular basis, force broken law to drive over 14 hours with no break, force to work with not safety vehicle and even after accidant, when i wasnt safe to drive 3 weeks by doctor, my contractor threatened me that i have to come to work or i am fired.
Finally i get fired, with 0 day notice (but in wriiten contract is 14 days) and as i expect dont get paid my last wages, same like as another maybe 10 drivers before me. There happend many many more bad things, i mention only these facts, which i can easy proof with evidence.
Can i get some help, how and where to start and what to do? Its not my interest get rich on this case, i am hard worker and i find job straight 2 days after i been fired, i only want my small underpaid wages like i was getting whole my contract and i want to stop this person get away with these kind of illegal practics, and make sure that no more workers will be rip off like me and many my co-workers.
