      Hi.
      i finally got a reply from grievance but 90% of my grievance was left unanswered. I asked my job role and got back “We will discuss it in your back to work interview.” I asked for a grievance appeal and listed the many reasons, including how can I be expected to return to a job When I don’t even know te role? I got a reply “We will discuss it as stated in your return interview.” So they declined me an appeal. I have involved ACAS and now awaiting a solicitor decision to see if they will represent me. Fingers crossed and thank you for asking
