hi just a quick question
as i have a barclays account. is the personel researve automatic or do you have to apply, and if automatic, ie you have to opt out, what is the bank going to charge for this service per month

Hi Keith

if you are ''eligible'' then you should have had a letter offering you the facility. Its automatically added to your account unless you OPT OUT.

Have a read of the other threads on the subject, its quite complex how the charging actually works.
