    Re: Shoosmiths

A further question I have not had an Assignment Letter from,Arrow or Shoosmiths or from the original Mortgage Owner,is it a LEGAL REQUIREMENT TO be advised of the sale of a debt of any nature when sold,by sending a Letter of Assignment ?????If these Letters are not produced is there any need to respond?
Side Issue Shoosmiths state they have asked Arrow for details of the supposed debt.
    Thank you

      Hi,

We have received the same letter, and we also have a charge on the property that we were not aware of by Arrow will this be the same thing?

Well it's been almost 2 years with no contact from anyone regarding the above. Low and behold I've received a letter from Arrow now informing me that my account has now been passed to Drysdenfairfax and thanking me for making payments. The last contact I had was a letter I sent to Shoosmiths along them to prove I owed this debt. It was sent recorded delivery but I never heard from them again. I've never made any payments to anyone ever because I was never aware of any alleged debt.

They are leeches. I take it shoosmiths must have passed tbe "alleged" debt back to arrow, who have now given it to drysdenfairfax

I think Shoosmiths just acted on behalf of Arrow and now we have to go through the same all over again with drysdenfairfax solicitors, although Arrow still own the Alleged Debt
