Hi all… I am in litigation with a neighbour who has caused loss by unlawful means and with malicious falsehoods.
I am about to file and serve my witness statement and have just noticed this must be followed a week later by a schedule of loss and damages.
I haven't a clue where to start, but I guess a good starting point will be where the single joint expert will assess the claim and, hopefully let me know how much my home has been devalued by.
The defendant caused the collapse of my sale when his interference with my buyers included threats and lies.
I wonder if there is a specialist lawyer who will draft this document for a fixed fee?
I am in receipt of pension credit so can't afford very much….
