        Morning,

        I think the Default Notice letter is fatal for you. I can't seem to see anything wrong with it in terms of its contents but because you haven't took any action then they have now terminated the agreement and you have no right to terminate. Unless you can prove that the default notice is non-compliant, I don't think you have much of a leg to stand on.
