I have mike, letter duly sent to Dryden and s78 to AGGL, now to sit and wait.

I was hoping someone may advise re wording of Dryden letter as to whether action was imminent or was a scare letter?
I guess I'll soon find out?

Can someone advise? Is it worth me calling Dryden tomorrow to confirm I've replied, or is it a wasted effort, am I panicking unecessarily?

why call them they want you to and pay up, no matter what you do these days these xxxxx are issuing regardless to make you submit, or stand your ground, stop panicking whatever happens will happen anyway, one day believe you me something will happen within that industry and only then will the government wake up to reality and get off their butts. they always wait until something serious happens on a large scale,

Drydensfairfax help!

I have received a second pre action letter from above, they have totally ignored my pre court action letter I sent (used template from here) now threatening court action if they don't receive payment within 7days?
Have sent letter to Kati for editing attaching so hopefully she will oblige and then I'd appreciate where I should do next.

I didn't even think to look, is that what they really do?
To be honest I'm a little daunted by all this so will be looking for some good support

Ok so I've checked the date if letter and it is 14th although only arrived yesterday.
I presume it's normal for solicitors to pick and choose what letters they answer in this field?

tend to as not all templates cover all eventualities - did you notice "May" take action? rather leaves it in a wonder if will or not, anyway if they do then the procedure kicks in

Re: Drydensfairfax help!

The pre action letter, was it one maybe I posted asking for the agreement, default notice etc?

Did you send a S78 request to AG

They will, I hope have several problems with this, one is complying with a CCA request, another is proving two valid assignments and the third is a little matter of not being licensed but that needs some good legal arguments

If you did not send a S78 request then I would be getting one off now with a copy to DF

I also think that strictly speaking that is not a letter before action as it does not say it is and it says may get a ccj - not will
