  • Water Bill

    Hello, I moved into a property couple of years ago and asked Thames water to change the bill into my name.
    They never changed it and I never received bills for 2 years in the mean time I approached them multiple times but no bill. I have the evidence of contacting them and never receiving a bill.
    Recently they started contacting the LandLord who in turn asked me to pay the bill which I am happy to do but this is through Advantis.
    I contacted thameswater again but they dont want to talk to me and only LandLord. The Landlord in turn don't want to talk to Advantis and urging me to pay directly to Advantis. I can see Advantis is asking for much more than what the bills were for.

    Now I am stuck in a situation where I have a bill on my landlords name which actually is mine.

    How can I pay or proceed please,
