  • Car Voluntary Termination

Hi, I have recently requested to BMW Financial services that I would like to VT my agreement having paid over 50% of the agreement. They have asked me to sign a VT Notice, which I am hesitant to do. Do I need to sign this? I have exceeded my mileage allowance, am I legally obliged to pay for this. Thanks in advance for any help.

My car has now gone back to BMW and i received a bill in the post for excess mileage. Can you send me a template letter which will help me dispute this bill?

      Thanks
