Not Paid - What to do.
Good morning/afternoon, to you all.
I am a 17 year old guy who has recently got their first job. I work at a kiosk in a mall selling fidget spinners.
Now from the start, they've advised me that the job is only commission. Me, not know too much about what that means besides that I get money from what I sale, I was fine with it.
I didn't have to bring any information or sign anything, I just worked.
Weeks go by, I receive my first pay. Okay, good.
I am now going into my fourth week as I write this with no pay. I've spoke to my employer and was just ignored.
Now I'm not sure what to do. I want to file a complaint of some sort, but I want to be sure what I am doing. So I've come here for some clarity on what I should do.
I want to expose this kiosk for no one goes through it like myself, please help.
