  • Can I take dodgy builder to small claims court?

    Hi,
Can anyone help me. I am a year into a house build that has gone badly wrong. The builder I used is a Ltd. Company but is about to close that company due to debt. If he has personal assets ( house etc., is it worth me taking him to small claims court and if I win, how likely I am I to get my money? Any advice would be so welcome.

Do you have a contract with the builder personally or his LTD company?
