        Hiya xx

Have a look here First Steps

for an idea of what you need to do now. Your first step is to acknowledge the claim ( it tells you how to do this on the link ) and then there are a couple of basic, standard letters you can send off. This will just give you a bit of breathing space to look at the claim and decide what you want/need to do. You probably want to look at all the debts that Lowell have at one time, might feel a bit overwhelming, but it is definately worth writing a list of who the original creditors are and how much it says is outstanding on your credit file, so you know where you stand, worse case scenario wise if Lowell try claims for all the debts, plus there could be other options to deal with it avoiding the stress of dealing with multiple claims.

For now though could you type out the Particulars of Claim from the front of the claim form on here, and read the First Steps post.

And ask any questions you want about anything xxxx

          Re: Lowell Portfolio

Thanks,But i am unable to remember who the original debtors are,After i left Hospital in 2013 we also moved house,I then went to Cyprus an stayed there for months,On return i was not getting letters from anyone at this address in fact i am not even on Electoroll ,Now all of a sudden Lowell have decided to take 6 of my debts over,I will read first steps but being honest i have not got mentality to deal with this,I am Agoraphobic so posting letters or getting forms is a no no for me,If i dont respond can they go for a high court judgement or send bailiffs for catalogue debts?
